Discount Tire

Came in without an appointment mid afternoon and was helped immediately. The staff is very friendly and non-pushy. I was able to pick out the new tires I wanted and the estimated wait time to finish everything on my vehicle was even shorter than they said. Great experience overall!

I priced out tires for my VW Atlas at several places and then went to AI for help to narrow down the possibilities. It recommended Discount Tires because the tires I wanted were the best price on top of a mail-in rebate. Bought the tires and scheduled an appointment, both online. The day before instal, I received a phone call from the store asking if I'd like to come in a day early since the tires were just delivered. They put me at the top of the waitlist when I came in later that day. I was able to work from the lobby on my laptop and was in and out in about an hour with four new tires and a much-needed alignment. Customer service was top-notch, keeping me informed every step of the way.

Amazing service! I live in Florida but I'd come here to change my tires any day. The customer service 10/10, waiting was no issue, the atmosphere was great. The employees were very attentive I definitely would come back even though I don't live here, everyone was very nice and helped me to make sure I made it home safe.

This Discount Tire saved our day. We were traveling with a toddler when we got a flat on the highway — stressful doesn’t even begin to describe it. I called ahead and Detric immediately checked their inventory, found our tire, and walked us through our options. Once we arrived, the whole team was welcoming and reassuring. Gabe worked on our car and had us ready to go in just 30 minutes. Their kindness and efficiency turned a rough moment into a huge relief. We’re so grateful for them.

Would have been 5 stars service was done quickly even with how many were in line BUT they left my vehicles window rolled down and it was pouring rain so my vehicles interior got soaked on the driver side and someone could have stolen important items from the vehicle. I understand mistakes happen and you guys were busy but this was not something I couldn’t not speak up about. Additionally the vehicle next to me also had their window rolled down I ran inside to inform them and they did not seem in a hurry to do anything about it I was told “I’m sorry” which I do appreciate at the very least.
